Askina DresSil is an advanced silicone wound dressing with soft silicone adhesive on one side and a vapour permeable waterproof film on the other. It combines the absorption capacity of the foam with the soft adhesion of the silicone contact layer. Extremely gentle with great adhesive properties.
The repeat flower pattern holes in the coated silicone adhesive are designed to facilitate easy passage of exudate into the foam

Safe adhesion to surrounding skin and atraumatic removal
Lock in of exudate through the holes to minimise risk of leakage
Each dressing can last up to 7 days wear time
